WELCOME ON THE WEBSITE OF THE PROJECT BEAUCEANT 

         

The main objective of the existence of this website is to set up a kind of encyclopedia on the Templar Order and a catalogue of diverses historical remnants that the presence of these men had left everywhere in Europ and Middle-East.

To do it, the Project is open to any person, professional or not, who wants to share his research and experiences on this topic.

Even if we have a deep passion for the templars' History, the Project Beauceant is not a resurgence of this Order and not a new Neo-Templar secret society.

Nouvelles Publications (in French and Italian) En janvier 2013, les Editions Tallandier publient le dernier ouvrage d'Alain Demurger : "Les Hospitaliers" En novembre 2012, HC Editions nous présente un nouveau roman en rapport avec l'Ordre du Temple de José Luis Corral : "L'Héritier du Temple" En septembre 2012, édition du livre de Damien Carraz : "Les Templiers et la Guerre". En septembre 2012, édition en italien du dernier livre de Simonetta Cerrini : "Apocalisse dei Templari". Depuis ce 15 mars 2012, le second livre de Thierry Leroy est édité. Ce livre nous présente en réalité une étude fort complète de la généalogie de ce seigneur de Payns, de l'implication de cette famille dans le développement du comté de Champagne. L'origine jusqu'ici encore contestée par certains ne souffre plus d'aucune incertitude. Le travail de Thierry Leroy apporte des preuves plus qu'indiscutables de l'origine champenoise du premier maître de l'Ordre du Temple.. Depuis le 04 novembre 2009, est paru en librairie le livre "Prier et Combattre, Dictionnaire européen des ordres militaires au Moyen Age".
